MANOMANO in Tagalog means "by hand"… Sa Cebuano, I heard it means "kuya, kuya"… the band says most of them are elder brothers in a way, hence the name "Manomano"…
But they are a band to watch out for here in Mega Manila… composed of Mano on mic and pen, Momoi on guitar 2, Deloy on guitar 1, Miko on bass and Zaryo on drums, they are trying to follow the route of earlier bands from the South (Cebu and Mindanao area) who made a mark with their own brand of music…
with their debut album, Ladies First, released by Sony-BMG, and their funky first single, Bigay Na Bigay, it looks like they are on their way…
